A request for obtaining information may be made in the prescribed format enclosing therewith an application fee of Rs. 10/- either in the form of cash payable in the Cash Counter of NCL / Cheque. If photocopies of certain documents are requested, it would be provided at a cost of Rs. 2/- per page.
