Biorganic & Medicinal Chemistry and Organic Dyes
Most of the work in our group involves design, synthesis and structural investigations of molecular architectures with well-defined structural characteristics. We also work extensively on medicinal chemistry - with a particular interest in cardiovascular deceases and development of “tubulin-binding” anticancer agents. We also have interest in developing novel classes of organic dyes.
We make use of diverse classes of synthetic organic transformations and reactions to derive our challenging target molecules.
