Researchers wishing to deposit cultures should follow the following procedure:

(i) A depositor should contact a Scientist Incharge before despatching the culture.

(ii) A data sheet attached in the catalogue should be completed by the depositor giving all the detail information regarding the culture.

(iii) Deposited cultures would be made available to the donors as and when are required.

While every endeavour would be made to ensure that the cultures are maintained, no guarantee can be given for the continuous maintenance of a given strain.
