At NCL, organizational structure
continuously evolves to meet the needs and demands of the day. Today, we are
organized in various intermeshing ways. Some of these are:
- Divisions, units and
groups (typically, discipline-wise groupings of historical origins)
- Knowledge Competencies
(which are the key areas of R&D strength) and Resource Centers (of facilities,
special skills, collections etc)
- Business groups (groupings
put together to address broad areas of interest to our industrial clients).
We pride ourselves of a
flexible structure that is capable of spawning multi-faceted teams spanning
various departments to meet every challenge that we come across.
