NCL has 886 regular staff comprising of Scientific, Support Technical and Administrative Staff as on 30 September 2009. In addition to this, we have around 438 Research Fellows who have been awarded the fellowship which has a tenure of 5 years. The Research Fellows are expected to complete their doctoral degree within this period. Further we have around 300 Project Assistants engaged for time bound sponsored projects and the tenure of such Project Assistants are co-terminus with duration of the projects.
